electrs with the same data as the explorer.
Connect
ssl://electrs.mineracks.com:50002What it is
The same Electrum protocol as our Fulcrum host, served by a different implementation: mempool-electrs, the Rust indexer behind the mempool.space explorer. It also exposes the Esplora REST API, so one index serves wallets and web tools alike.
Two implementations on two hosts are deliberate. If one has a bug or an outage, the other is an independent code path against the same chain.
What people use it for
- A second Electrum endpoint for wallets that let you configure a fallback server.
- BDK, Nunchuk and other libraries that speak Esplora over HTTP rather than Electrum over TCP.
- Cross-checking a balance or history between two independent indexers.
How we run it
mempool-electrs (the explorer's backend) exposed on the Electrum protocol, TLS at our edge.
Trust, stated plainly
Same visibility caveat as any Electrum server: the operator sees the addresses you ask about.
