Terms and Privacy

Plain-language terms for every service listed on bitcoin.mineracks.com, run by mineracks Pty Ltd, Brisbane, Australia. Effective 2026-09-21. Using a service means accepting them. Services with their own page of terms (VSS) say so there; where they differ, the service's own page wins.

Terms of service

1. What these are

Public Bitcoin, Lightning, Liquid, Nostr and Monero infrastructure: explorers, Electrum and silent-payment servers, nodes you can peer with, a mining pool, payment tooling, storage and test networks. We never hold your keys or funds; nothing here is custody unless a page says so explicitly (the Cashu mint is a bearer claim on the mint, and says so).

2. Public beta, no SLA

Everything is offered as-is, free, without a service-level agreement. We aim for high availability and probe every endpoint from outside our fleet every five minutes, and we publish the result, but we do not promise uptime, latency or durability, and we may change limits, suspend or discontinue a service. Where we can we give notice on the catalog and at the contact address. If you rely on a service in production, keep a second provider; every protocol here is designed for that.

3. Your responsibilities

4. Enforcement, liability, law

We may rate-limit, block or remove any client that abuses a service or exposes us to legal risk, without notice if necessary. To the extent permitted by law, mineracks Pty Ltd is not liable for loss arising from use of or inability to use a service, including loss of data or funds; nothing excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, and where liability cannot be excluded it is limited to re-supplying the service. Queensland, Australia law applies. We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do.

Privacy notice

What we hold

No cookies, analytics or trackers on the catalog or the service pages. The catalog page fetches its own status file to show the dots.

Why, and who sees it

To provide the service you asked for, keep it reliable, and protect it from abuse. We do not sell or share this data, and we disclose it only where the law requires; because most of what we hold is either public chain data or ciphertext, what we could disclose is the request metadata above.

Deleting your data

Key-based services delete through their protocol; request logs age out by themselves; Nostr events can be deleted with a kind-5 event from the same key. Because access is by key and not identity, we cannot act on deletion requests by email for data we cannot attribute; if you can sign with the key, write to us.
